Traditional flamenco guitar, Engleman Spruce top, cypress back and sides, ebony fingerboard, set up with flamenco low action. "Moth" rosette. 660mm scale. An early example of Stephen's mature work.Stephen and I met in the 90s by way of our mutual friend and mentor, Eugene Clark. He had workspace in my shop from around 2002—2005. He currently lives in Kagoshima, Japan, where he continues to build guitars and cellos, as well as making fine art. Stephen is also a fine flamenco guitarist.
